Our People
UNICEF UK employs over 300 people. Most are based in Stratford, London, we have a small team in Edinburgh and others work remotely across the UK.
We are governed by a Board of Trustees and led by a Chief Executive, supported by an Executive Team.
Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
OUR APPROACH TO EQUITY, DIVERSITY & INCLUSION UNICEF UK has taken important steps to embed equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) into our culture, systems and everyday ways of working. This has supported us in developing a more inclusive culture and diverse workforce. 2025 has been a period of significant progress, strengthened governance and growing organisational ownership of inclusion.
